REFUND POLICY

We work on a no return and refund policy for all products
Returns are accepted only if you have received an incorrect product from the order you placed with us or if there is any manufacturing issue i.e. if the fabric is torn, please note the irregularities be it in the fabric / hand-dye / hand-prints are not to be considered a defect rather a characteristic of being hand-made, we do a thorough quality check before shipping out your order.
Wood&Yarn does not entertain returns or exchanges on the basis of minor color variation from the images posted online to the fabric received in hand as it's possible that the color/ tone can vary depending on the monitor or phone screen viewed from.
