  • Do you make made-to-measure blouses?

No, we do not customize blouses to individual measurements. We have provided a measurement size guide chart. This is both for the blouse stitching service provided on select products and for the only blouse purchase category.


  • I would like to order the one design I liked very much but in bulk quantity for an occasion. Is it possible?

The bulk quantity can be processed for certain designs only. Please note that we require ample time to make the designs as they go through various hand-crafting process to deliver on your requested date.

  • How do I order a product that is out of stock?

Please WhatsApp us on +91 9940221319 with the product name, and we will let you know if it will be back in stock or completely sold out.


  • Can I cancel an order that has been processed and payment made?

You can cancel an order within 24 hrs of placing an order by sending us an email on or on WhatsApp +91 9940221319

Please note that we do not offer a refund. We will issue a credit note that has to be redeemed within 15 days from the date of issue.


  • Do you accept international payments and delivery to addresses in India?

Yes, we do. You can mention your international address for the billing and shipping address in India. The package will be delivered free of cost.


  • What about shipping & delivery?
  • We provide free shipping pan India and international shipping by request only (Shipping cost will be borne by customer). Please email us on or WhatsApp +91 9940221319 to discuss further.
  • For products ready to ship will be delivered to your address within 7- 10 days
  • For products with blouse stitching request will be delivered in 12 - 14 days.
  • Products to be delivered to smaller towns, the delivery schedule may vary depending on the number of transit points (you will be given updates via tracking details)
  • Shipping and delivery will not be done on Sundays and national and local holidays


  • How do I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the order and the payment is processed. 

 Once the package is shipped out to your address you will receive another email or a WhatsApp message mentioning the tracking number and the logistics provider.


  • Do you accept returns?

Please read our refund policy to know more 


  • Do you offer cash on delivery option?

No, we don't offer the service.


  • Can I personalize and send as a gift?
